Full Band Camouflage Net

The JY-Grassland full band camouflage net (JY-Grassland) is a unique grassland shaped net, which bases on Bionics and Nano technologies to combine optical camouflage, near IR and thermal IR treated, and Anti-Radar capacities within one single-layer net. The multi-coated textile fabric whereby each coating layer is dedicated to counter the reconnaissance sensors in a specific wavelength range. The JY-Grassland is strictly according to the military spec & quality. Moreover, JY-Grassland can be customized as any size and designed color and patterns.

I. Camouflage Effectiveness:

A.  Visual:

Protective waveband: 0.4~1.2 μm

Both color and pattern are usually specified by the customer. The color deviations from the customer’s specifications can be neglected.  Furthermore a positive camouflage effect is achieved by the 3-dimensional appearance of the net. The 3-dimensional leaf-structure of the net is of the same order of size and appearance as a natural vegetation background.

Ø      In visual range, the camouflage nets match the nature background perfectly.

B.Infrared:

Protective waveband: 3~5, 8~14μm

The reflection characteristics in the thermal infrared together with the 3-dimensional incision pattern will disrupt the infrared signature of camouflaged target. The thermal reflection of the target with this net will be reduced averagely by more than 10.

C. Radar:

Protective waveband: K, X, C, S and L band

Camouflage in the radar range is based on the absorption and the diffuse reflection of the incoming waves on the metallic sub-layer of the camouflage leafs. The RCS of the target with this net will be reduced averagely by more than -10dB.
